Yount Energy Healing Agreement

This agreement is between Karen Yount of Yount Healing LLC, doing business as Yount Energy Healing ("Practitioner") and the client ("Client") receiving energy healing services.

Scope of Work

Energy healing sessions. including ThetaHealing®, Free-mE® Emotional Freedom Technique, and other modalities, aim to promote positive change, release negative patterns, offer insights, and support innate healing. While these modalities are intended to bring about positive growth and change, no specific outcome is guaranteed. Sessions may involve exploring emotional topics, teaching coping skills, stress management techniques and strategies for eliminating unhealthy habits. Clients are encouraged to ask any questions to determine the suitability of these techniques for their needs.

Practitioner’s Role

The Practitioner is not a physician and does not diagnose or prescribe medications or medical interventions. While a licensed social worker, the Practitioner is not acting as a psychotherapist in these sessions. No mental health diagnoses will be made, and services are not insurance billable. Energy sessions do not diagnose or treat physical or mental health disorders and should not replace medical or mental health treatment. Clients should consult appropriate professionals for these needs.

The Practitioner's intention is to assist clients conscientiously and ethically, using their experience and knowledge to provide the best possible outcome.

Confidentiality

Information shared during sessions is strictly confidential and will not be released without the Client's consent, except as required by law. While the Practitioner strives to maintain confidentiality, the use of email, video calls, phone calls, and webcams cannot guarantee complete anonymity or confidentiality. Clients should exercise discretion, as they see fit, in their communication methods of choice.

Exceptions to Confidentiality

Confidentiality may be breached pursuant to a valid court order or subpoena, or if the Practitioner believes the Client poses an imminent threat to self or others. In such cases, appropriate authorities will be notified, and action will be taken to ensure safety.

Intellectual Property

The Practitioner owns all copyright and content related to their services. Materials provided to the Client are for personal use only and may not be sold or shared with third parties without written consent of the Practitioner.

Release Statement

The Client authorizes the Practitioner, a certified ThetaHealing® and Free-mE® EFT practitioner, to use these modalities to address their issues. The Client understands that their own participation is crucial for success and that no guarantees are made. The Practitioner will make every reasonable effort to support the Client's progress.

The Practitioner is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from the Client's use of any links, materials, or information provided. The Client assumes full responsibility for their participation and releases and holds harmless Karen Yount, Yount Healing LLC, and Yount Energy Healing from any claims arising from these sessions, including any claims of physical or mental injury.

By scheduling a session, the Client agrees to these terms, forming a binding legal agreement. The Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and accepted these terms. The Client may discontinue services at any time without explanation, but financial obligations remain.
