MY STORY

My life has been a continuous journey of self-discovery, exploring the deeper dimensions of human existence. As a psychotherapist, I've guided individuals on their paths, helping them navigate life's challenges and work towards their goals.

However, I've often observed that even highly motivated individuals, despite their best efforts, struggled to achieve lasting transformation. This observation, coupled with my own ongoing exploration of the human condition, led me to question the limitations of traditional approaches and seek deeper answers.

In my personal quest to understand the nature of reality- Source Energy, the Universe, collective consciousness- I explored various paths, from Eastern philosophies to the teachings of Abraham-Hicks (Law of Attraction). One core principle resonated deeply: we co-create our reality through our thoughts and feelings. However, I realized that consistently maintaining a high vibrational frequency toward manifesting desired outcomes could be incredibly challenging. What was in the way of my progress? Was something deeper at play? What could help me and my clients close the divide beween desired outcomes and reaching goals?

For me, the transformative power of energy work closed that gap. When I first became a client, I was astonished that this technique could release my feelings, change limiting beliefs and create a whole new perspective with relative ease, re-wiring my brain. Prior to age seven, we don't have the awareness to filter or analyze what comes into our unconscious minds. So, all of the experiences that we have, including the beliefs that we hear from caregivers and the feelings and traumas in our lives, all seap in. Additionally, we have brought patterns of thinking into this lifetime with us, encoded in our DNA. This leaves us unaware of the forces driving our operating systems. Thus, I was oblivious to the programs within me that were working against my very goals.

So, I dove in as a client and experienced profound shifts using techniques like ThetaHealing® and Free-Me® EFT tapping. That lead to more learning, courses and certifications. Now I am a certified practitioner, passionate about helping others address the root causes of challenges at the energetic level. I have never felt more excited to be on my life’s journey. I know that we can unlock our true potential and create a life of joy, abundance, and fulfillment.
